His credits include work on Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher, NBC’s Inside Stuff, MTV, The Food Network, MSNBC, Inside Edition/CBS, the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, and several feature films. With Confluence BA, Rick expands those relationships to include corporate video & events, webcasts, and live streaming productions.

Her degrees in interior design and culinary arts have allowed her a unique perspective on business branding, product development, and sales merchandising. An entrepreneur herself, she has successfully grown her own gourmet dessert business, Dolce Cream, and has catered events from 5 to 1000 people. Jordon Myers is a man striving to make a difference. Jordon considers the River Bend his home and aids in the economic and cultural development of his community through education, volunteering, and now working on the front lines of the business world. Lauren is a mother, musician, and entrepreneur. She has worked in a variety of fields, finding an outlet in each for her passion for community, connection, and social marketing. Lauren has managed social media and organized events for local businesses and organizations, task forces, and her own musical pursuits. Her most recent work has included marketing for a cooperative grocery start up, and she is deeply passionate about the local food movement and the accessibility of locally produced goods. Lauren is devoted to using her skills and talents to advocate for a more connected, sustainable, and healthier world.
Andrew DobsonGraphic Designer
Andrew is a graphic designer and photographer specializing in corporate communications and event photography but is also actively involved in social issues important to the riverbend area. A designer with a conscience, he is an excellent addition to the team and is a creative professional sensitive to their clients individual and evolving needs, and will quickly befriend their dogs.
Before joining the team, Andrew worked for as an Instructor at Lewis & Clark Community College and as a designer at Jacoby Arts Center, as well as several area non-profits and as an independent designer and photojournalist. He is a graduate of Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville with a B.S. in Anthropology and has acquired further professional degrees and certificates in Computer Graphics, Photography and Web Design.
